These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion. Any use of this website (visitors, customers and potential customers) means that you agree to the terms. If you do not agree with the offered terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
This website is owned and operated by Men's Wear Asia (Co No. 002307856-A). All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Men's Wear Asia may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items.
Men's Wear Asia reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, products and collections with or without notice. Men's Wear Asia shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of products or collections.
The contract between us
Men's Wear Asia must receive whole payment of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Men's Wear Asia uses US Dollars (USD) as the official website currency. Prices shown in other currencies are for indicative purpose only and subject to change. When making credit card payment, BrainTree & PayPal uses their own exchange rate to covert our prices from US Dollars to your local currency. Therefore a minor fluctuation in your local currency is expected.
Men's Wear Asia accepts direct credit card payments through BrainTree or PayPal. For customers who have a Verified PayPal account with a “Confirmed” address, orders can be processed and dispatched the next business day of placing the order. A Verified PayPal payment can assist in speeding up the order process. PayPal payments via an Unverified and Unconfirmed account can take at least 48 hours to process. Please note that we are only able to ship to the same name and address as listed within your PayPal account. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com.
Men's Wear Asia also accepts payment by bank transfer. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference during bank transfer. Orders will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in Men's Wear Asia account. Men's Wear Asia has the right to automatically cancel unpaid orders 5 days after orders is placed.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment. Should an item be unable at time of purchase, we will replace with another item of similar style, size and value. A signature will be required on delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you. Shipments within Malaysia will be fulfilled by Pos Laju and international shipments will be by EMS (Flexipack). Shipment will be made within 3 business days (Monday - Friday) upon payment received. On shipping of an order our customers receive tracking number which can be used to follow the progress of their shipment online. Please allow 24 hours for this service to become available. All shipping costs are determined by the weight of goods, volume and their destination. Therefore rates will vary depending on specific items. Shipping and handling costs will be automatically added to your order total at the checkout. We have no control over the postal services used and therefore can’t guarantee how long deliveries will take. The average delivery time for most destinations within Malaysia is 2 to 4 business days. While delays are uncommon, on occasion there can be delays of up to 7 days. For international shipping, the average delivery time is 15-25 working days subject to speed of custom clearance in the destination country.
Any duty and customs costs are your responsibility. Goods can also be held up by customs and there is nothing we can do about this. Please note this may involve a delay in the delivery of your item. For information on import charges please contact your local customs office.
We encourage all our customers to take great care choosing items and placing orders with us. Please always refer to the size charts when choosing sizes. If you do not understand the measurements provided or you have further enquiries about our shipping policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns and Exchange Policy
All returns for exchange or otherwise are only possible on prior agreement with Men's Wear Asia. We accept returns for the exchange of faulty items, or wrongly sent items. We do not accept the return of change of mind purchases and we do not issue refunds other than with store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear are swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges are possible when we are contacted within 24 hours of the order being delivered and we must have the returned items back within the next 7 days.
All exchanges are subject to availability of the replacement item.
Our authorization of a return does not guarantee we will accept an exchange or credit. All returned items must undergo quality inspections before we finalize the agreement. The item must be unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached and in any original packaging supplied.
We do not cover shipping costs and import tax (if applicable) for returns or exchanges. We must receive the returned merchandise and recover re-shipping costs, import tax (if applicable) plus any further moneys before shipping the replacement goods or issuing store credit.
How to return
Customers who have read the above guidelines and wish to proceed with a return must immediately contact us at email@example.com on the same day the order is delivered. Please also indicate any desired replacement items as soon as possible or indicate you wish to receive store credit. If you believe you have received faulty items please also include clear photographs in your email.
We will contact you with our reply within the next 24 hours at which time we will supply you with our return address and all instructions we require for the re-shipping.
Once we have inspected the returned merchandise you will be contacted with our verdict and any further instructions for additional payments and any other requirements.
The information we collect from you depends on what activities you are carrying out on our website, whether you are logged in or not and whether you are making a purchase. We may collect contact information, such as name, address and telephone number, online contact information, such as your email address, purchase information, such as Paypal account details, navigation and click-stream data, the time of accessing the website, duration of your visit, products you viewed or searched for, items in your basket, at which stage you abandoned your basket.
The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request, namely the processing of your order of goods purchased online at menswearasia.com, deal with competition entries, and obtain feedback via online surveys and to record registrations.
We do not store credit/debit card details.

Individuals who join the Men's Wear Asia Trophy Boy Club agree to be legally bound by the Member Terms and Conditions.
The Member Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by Mens' Wear Asia in its absolute discretion. Despite anything to the contrary contained in this document, any modification to the Terms and Conditions may be applied to a Member retrospectively.
Men's Wear Asia will not accept any liability for any email communication to any Member that is misdirected, lost or not received.
Men's Wear Asia will not accept any liability for any technical issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the Men's Wear Asia Rewards Program.
In its absolute discretion, Men's Wear Asia reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Men's Wear Asia Rewards Program at any time.
